ACCUZYME DNA Polymerase

ACCUZYME™ is a thermostable enzyme possessing 5’-3’ DNA polymerase and 3’-5’ proofreading exonuclease activities, offering high-fidelity, even with demanding applications (fig. 1). ACCUZYME produces blunt-ended amplicons up to 5 kb in length. ACCUZYME is supplied with 10x Reaction Buffer containing Mg, which provides optimal final reaction conditions for most experiments. In order to allow further optimization if necessary, additional MgCl2 is provided. ACCUZYME Mix dramatically reduces the time needed to set up reactions, thereby minimizing the risk of contamination. Greater reproducibility is ensured by the reduction in the number of pipetting steps that can lead to pipetting errors.
